    Full concept design and development: Loft Investments’ approach is both organic and systematic. Our ideas are developed after various discussions and brain storming sessions with our architects, design and building consultants. Our signature is articulated in the creative design of buildings and space. Our aim is to maximize well being using cutting edge design, environmental friendly building materials and maximizing the use of building technology.

    A typical process of "design-to-delivery" would be based on the following stages:

    -Conceptualizing and designing the project with the architect, in house designers and building consultants

     

    -Agreeing sale targets using customer profiling correlation to project and proprietary market studies

     

     

    -Initiating customer interest and building sales momentum so that financing of project is derived from end of sales

     

    -After pre-selling part of the project at discount to end price. This ensures low entry cost and conservative risk management, as initial pre-selling effort is only based on architect and design fees

     

     

    -Initiating approval of building permit

     

    -Issuing and presenting on-going financial reports

     

     

    -Supervising and micro managing all construction including: negotiating competitive pricing by leveraging on our long term relationships with all suppliers and contractors, supervising and managing all building works, ensuring implementation of project concept and design across all levels with the overall objective of maximizing client returns without compromising long term relationships.
